Contract Staffing Engineering Services

Intent Design has been supporting its customer base with on-site contract engineering support since it first opened its doors. We also work remotely depending on the situation.

Intent Design is able to support contract engineering through 2 paths. The first path is here in North America where are headquarters is located in Farmington Hills, Michigan. We also have offices in Bangalore, India to support our contract engineering services as well.

Our engineers maintain complete confidentiality as part of our customers requirements. All of our engineers go through a 5-week training course to make sure they meet the Intent Design standards prior to joining a customer’s location. Our pool of engineers have worked on various parts of the vehicle from electronics to interiors, seating, seat cushion foam, seat mechanisms, advanced development seating projects, latching mechanisms and much more. They have also engaged in non-automotive customers such as military, consumer products, medical and aerospace. These engineers have supported customers for as short of a period as 4 weeks and as long as 12 years. We are flexible in our approach. Our rates are commensurate to what is required by our customer. We work with a sliding scale depending on how many engineers are placed a particular customer location. We are very reasonable in our terms and conditions that are required.
